Protect...

Follow my blog with Bloglovin
Good evening, bloggity bloggers!  I'm popping in with a card that shows off one of Dustin Pike's new images...Protect.  You can find the cutie patootie HERE!

I colored him up in Photoshop (since I can do it much faster that way), printed him out and layered him up on this Kaiser Craft paper.  The little sentiment is from PTI.  I had a sentiment in my head that said "Guard Your Nuts!" but I wasn't sure who I'd give it to.  LOL!

Don't you just love this little fella?  Get on over to the Doodle Dragon Studios store to buy your own!  Thanks so much for popping by today!  MWAH!!!

Current Challenge at CYDI?: Yellow

Good afternoon all!  I just wanted to pop in to let everyone know that the new challenge for Can You Digi It? is up running.  Use YELLOW!  Easy, right?  Not if yellow isn't your thing, it's not.

I made a layout of my daughter at the beach in CA and used several of the items in the Minty Sunshine line by CYDI?...there are some fun elements in this one!  This is as yellow as I could get.  LOL!

Pop on over and join us in the current challenge - there's 2 weeks left!  MWAH!!!

Oh, BEEHAVE!

I created this cute card using a new image from Doodle Dragon Studios.  I got a little tricky with it and took the image into photoshop and erased some of the image to create my own version...I didn't need a birthday card, so I got rid of the confetti, party hat and noise maker. I left out the lines I had to erase and printed it and then drew the lines back in with a pen.  Here is Bee-Have!

Thanks so much for popping in to check out my card!  MWAH!!!

Randoms from Scrap Art Studio

Hello all!  I know it's been ages since I've been here, but I wanted to make sure I came by to show you some of the latest and greatest items available at Scrap Art Studio.  We have the most amazing designers, so it makes "working" more like playing!  Pop over to the SAS Gallery to see more amazing digital and hybrid goodness or join us at the SAS Forum to chat, join the challenges, get special gifts and be the first to know about our fab sales!

First up is a layout using Angie Young's DARE to be the Real You.  This is my son and his buddies at his 16th birthday party...just being real!

Next up we have a page dedicated to my latest tattoo and the meaning behind it.  I used a collab called Live Life Fully by Beedeesign and t for me designs.  LOVE this kit!

This next one is an art journal page using Life Changes by GinyScrap.

Another kit from Angie Young called DARE to Let it Hurt.  Another art journal page that I love.  I think everyone can relate to this page.

Next up is a hybrid card I made.  I used all digital items from GreenEyedLady Designs' Spring Breeze.  I printed them out and turned them into this adorable card.

Last up is a fun layout I did of my son his step-dad playing football in the yard.  I had a front row seat and snapped pics as my son was running in for a touchdown.  Silly boys.  I used Boys & Noise by Courtney's Digiscrappin' for this one...it was perfecto!

I do hope you'll check out SAS soon!  Thanks so much for stopping by this afternoon!  MWAH!!!

Today I decided "SPRING" backwards and use an image from the March 2012 Members Only file.  The number on this image is Mar12MO10B.  I printed him out on Neenah card stock and paired him with some EP polka dot paper and some BoBunny card stock.  The cute little flower card stock sticker is from Cosmo Cricket that I picked up on clearance at my LSS.  I colored this BEE-utififul image with my trusty Copics, which I have listed for you below.  The sentiment is a rubber stamp from CC Designs that I blinged up with a little help from my Gelly Roll Stardust pen in clear.  I wish you could see the subtle sparkle on his wings...it's so pretty IRL!

Hello everyone!  You're gonna love these adorable Voodoo dollies from Dustin Pike of Doodle Dragon Studios.  These are perfect for that special person.  These sweet-as-can-be images are now available at the Doodle Dragon Studios Store!

My first card uses VooDood (get it?  VooDude?) Line.  I couldn't resist a sassy sentiment...this one will, of course, need to be for my hubby.  LOL!  He'll appreciate it.  Colored with Copics and a little Stickles on the heart pin...

My next card features VooDood Stuck.  How can anyone NOT be stuck on these images?  I mean, for reals!  I love the little fellas so much!  Colored with Copics and distressed around the edges...

Farewell to Pixie Dust Studio

Hello all and happy Saturday!  I'm back with my second project for the Forest Friends Release at Pixie Dust Studio.  Today I have merged three images for my card.  I  just couldn't choose!  I used Forest Bella, Forest Fella and Forest Finds.  I colored them up with my Copics and for the life of me I could not get the lightest pinks to show in my photos!  Grrr!  I ended up selecting them in Photoshop and recoloring...this was after I tried to adjust the colors.  It's a mess, but you get the idea.  LOL!

Check them out and shop away!  Thanks so much for stopping by this weekend!  MWAH!!!

With Love

Good morning, everyone!  I'm here again with your challenge reminder for Can You Digi It?!  You’ve got 5 days left to join in on the fun…our current challenge is called Getting Girly.  Take a peek at the inspiration board I came up with for you for a little inspiration.  Pink, shoes, nails, sparkles, pearls, flowers cosmetics, jewelry…anything girly goes!!!

For my creation I am using Lovely Girl by Betty Edwards and Embellie Gellie (I love this stuff).  She’s been colored with Copics and cut out.  I made the flower for her hair using some coordinating paper and a pearl to get really girly.  I hope you enjoy it!
