Fluttering in Circles

Good morning all and Happy Thanksgiving Eve.  :O)  Today it's time for another Flutter By Wednesday at Danni's Dreams!  Today your challenge is to create a project using circles AND a butterfly, fairy or angel.  Give it a try and add your direct link to Mr. Linky at Danni's!

I thought my circle was a little more prominent than it ended up being...it's under the flower.  The buttons count too!  :O)

I hope you enjoy my card this week! Be sure to check out the rest of the design team's creations! Ann, Cassie, Chris, Christine, Danni, Harriet, Heather, Jodi, Karen, Kris, Kristie, Michelle, Nancy, Nicola, Pam, Stef & Taylor.

Fluttering with NEW DT Members!

Good morning and welcome to another installment of Flutter By Wednesday...presented by Danni's Dreams!  :O)  This week is another open week!  All you have to do is incorporate a BUTTERFLY, FAIRY or ANGEL into your creation!  It's that easy!  We'd love to see what you make, so please post a direct link to your creation on Danni's blog!

I'd like to take a minute to welcome our THREE new DT members... Pam, Kris and Karen!  Welcome to the Flutter By Family, ladies!  :O)  Be sure to stop by their blogs and offer them a warm welcome too!

Today I have made page 2 of my great niece.  Chloe is such a cutie and she's doing great!  YAY!  :O)  I used a cute little fairy, mushrooms, sun and clouds by Aisne's Creations.  So sweet, eh?

What a sweet saying this is...I think any Mom would love to hear that!  ;O)

Taylored Color with Owls...

Hello again all!  Tonight I busted out this challenge that I just ran across on Embellish.  It's a color challenge that you have to incorporate owls into.  How fun!  I love the color combo and owls are so cute!

I used the sketch over at Taylored Expressions.  I added the little ribbon flower to the corner of the brown card stock for a little something extra.  I made that flower in just a few minutes...my first one.  I am going to try something different next time.  :O)

DP:  My Mind's Eye
Card stock:  DCWV & Bazzill

Digital Pencil Too Challenge #6!

Hi all my crafty people!  I actually did the Digital Pencil Too Challenge on the day it was issued!  Isn't that something?  :O)  This stamp is so darling!  I believe this is pretty much what I looked like when I was little...hair, kitty and all!  It reminds me of the Bugs Bunny cartoon where the great big dog is saying something like "I will love him and hug him and squeeze him and rock him...and I will call him George!"  LOL!

Anyway, the challenge for this week is a sketch.  Here it is along with my interpretation.

Size:  5x5

DP:  My Mind's Eye
Card stock:  DCWV, Neenah, stash
Flowers:  Prima
Misc:  Copic markers, MS punch, Scor-pal, Stickles, K&Co Beyond Postmarks (sentiment bubble)

Digital Pencil Too Challenge #5

***This is my 2nd post today.  If you're looking for FBW, please scroll down!***

I'm baaaaaaack!  Here with another challenge.  Digital Pencil Too Challenge #5!  Their theme this week is "All that Glitters" - Just use three (3) different sparkly elements on your card; ie: glitter, gems, sequins, etc.

I used Mo's fabby Snowman image...I just love him.  When DP2 had their first ever blog hop I was totally inspired by Cheryl's card.  More than inspired I guess...I cased it!  You can see the original HERE!  For sparkles I used glitter dp, Spica glitter marker, glitter glass and rhinestones.  :O)

For some reason I CANNOT get the glitter glass to photograph well.  It doesn't sparkle in any of my photos!  I took about 20 pictures and none of them were any good!  Bah!

RECIPE
Size:  5x5
Image:  Digital Pencil Too
DP:  My Mind's Eye
Cardstock:  Bazzill
Other:  Copics, Spica glitter marker in clear, glitter glass by OOAK on e-Bay, pop dots, rhinestones from Michael's, Martha Stewart snowflake punches

More Zindorf-esque Cards...

Hi all!  Sorry I went MIA for a few days.  My computer or internet service isn't liking blogger.  How RUDE!!!  Don't they know I have things to do?  Anyway, I'm back and here to show you some brayered cards I made while over at my friend Peggy's house last week.  I figured I better get them posted since we're having another fun filled day of stamping and coloring (and maybe more brayering!) tomorrow.  ;O)

The next card is an image that we colored together the very first time we got together...in July.  I have just gotten around to making a card out of it.  Slacker, I know!  :O)

OK...be sure to come by tomorrow for a fluttering good time!

DP2 Challenge #4

Just squeakin' in here for the Digital Pencil Too Challenge #4!  I made this over at Peggy's house today...she's so happy to be celebrating!!!  :O)  Be sure to head over Mo's and get some of these cuties for yourself!!!  I did a tri-fold shutter card for the "fancy card fold".  I think this is as fancy as they come.  I love these!

I'll be back tomorrow with some more fun stuff!  :O)
