Today, the last day of the hop, I have decided to use the image called i am Holiday for my project.  I love her and her sweet little gingerbread doll.  It looks like she's in the holiday spirit and ready to do some decorating!  Not too much longer and I will be busting out the Christmas decorations at my house too!  Thanksgiving night is our tradition.  :O)

Christmastime with Anita Be Stampin!

Good morning everyone!  Are we all ready for a new and Christmasy release and Blog Hop at Anita Be Stampin?  I hope you all said yes, cause it's that time!  We have some super cute images and some super sassy images too...a little bit for everyone!  Woohoo!  Be sure to head on over to the ABS Shoppe to get your very own!  Make sure to visit all of the stops on the hop today, because one lucky person who comments on EVERY blog will win the entire digi release!

If you hopped by way of the ever fabulous Dee, you are in exactly the right spot!  You may continue!  If not, please start at the beginning at the Anita Be Stampin Challenge Blog...we wouldn't want you to miss out on any of the fun!

My first project is for those naughty peeps on your list this year...a little snowman poop!  I used the new image called snowman peeps...yes, peeps.  It has a girly holding this one's hand, but I got rid of her for my project.  I stamped some snow swirlies at the bottom of my treat holder and embossed with white EP.  I colored him up with Copics and cut him out...let's not forget the fluff ball on his stocking cap!  LOL!  The little saying says "I heard you've naughty, So listen...here's the scoop.  You get no coal this year, only SNOWMAN POOP!"

Next up I have Santa Bear gracing the digital layout of our annual Christmas Sweaters photo...I happen to love this tradition even if the fellas don't!  :O)

Lastly for today's post is one of the sassy gals I told you about...Sandy Claus!  Isn't she something?  Wait till you see the other 2 sassy images!  WOOT!  I ran out of time, as I had planned to make something with all of them for the release!  I'll work on them and post a little later on.

Now it's time for you to hop on over to see Rene'...she'll surely have some beauties for you!  Thanks so much for coming by today!

If you should get lost along the way or there is a break in the links, here is the hop order!

The first image I have for you is called Merry London.  Don't you just love her hair?  She is always my fave of the Teen Scene images just for her hair!  ;O)  I used some hoarded SEI paper for my card...non traditional colors are always fun for Christmas cards, right?

Last image for today is called Season's Greetings Lola.  She's giving some cheese to her little rodent buddy for Christmas.  How sweet!  Kaiser Craft DP and Prima flowers on this one.

Season's Greetings

Hellooooooooo!  I'm so sorry I'm late with my post.  It has been a hectic and busy the last couple of days, and I never check to make sure I had set my post to auto post at the correct time.  :O(

This is unfortunately my last post for StampFairy as a Guest Designer.  I wanted to say thank you to Gerda and Jackie for making me feel so welcome!  Today starts a very fun challenge over StampFairy Challenge.  Christmas in July with a twist of making an easel card.  This is my third easel card ever and I am loving it!  I really should make more of these, right?  I used the adorable Jake Poinsettias image and fussy cut him for my card.  I used some distress ink to color the doily and I also colored the roses with my Copics to match the DP.  What do you think of my easel card?

Be sure to check out the SFC blog for all the deets on the challenge!  Are you our next winner???

Simply Betty Stamps Preview - Tilly

Good morning, my crafty bleeps!  It's time for Day 5 of the Simply Betty Stamps previews!  Don't you just love seeing Christmas cards in July?  I know I do...it's a welcome sight when it's 100 degrees outside!

Today's preview features Tilly.  What a saucy lil gal she is!  Of course I had to make her with red hair...she's loving that hot cocoa!  :O)  I used some more of my Basic Grey DP...love this stuff!  The charm has a rhinestone added to the middle to match her hair along with some orange and white Divine Twine.

Remember to check out the SBS blog...Betty is giving away free images!  Check back there tomorrow for the Release Day Hop and a new challenge on the SBC Blog!  Thanks for popping in!

Merry Little Christmas

Hello everyone.  Sorry I have been MIA...we got some very bad news a couple of days ago and I have been beside myself.  If I'm awake I'm thinking about it, so I have slept away most of the last day.  Please keep me and my family in your thoughts and send all the good juju you can spare!

I made this card using Season's Tweetings from Wink Wink Ink.  WWI is sponsoring Stamp Something for December Digi Days and I'm entering this into the challenge for it.  Come on over and play along!

12 Days of Christmas Betty Style - Day 7

Good morning all!  Happy Hump Day!  Woot, woot!  Have you been following along with the 12 Days of Christmas challenges at Simply Betty Challenges?  We've now started day 7!  Our challenge for you today is...

"All I want for Christmas is... My Emos!"  Incorporate any Emo with your Christmas project today, and use this color combo: Purple, Lime Green, and Turquoise!

I used Merry Betty for my card and I am just loving the way she turned out!  What a fantabulous color combo Betty gave us to use!  Yay!  I used the current Mojo Monday sketch, Copics, PTI card stock, CB embossing folder, TH distress inks, CTMH snowflake stamps, Prima bling (on snowflake), DCWV glitter card stock, ribbon from stash, bling and snowflake from Michael's.

Come on over to the SBC blog and check out all the deets for the challenge and check out what the rest of the awesome team has for you to see!  :O)

Good morning, crafty bleeps!  I hope all is well!  I'm here this morning with challenge #3 for Anita Be Stampin Challenge!  The first challenge of the month we have decided to switch it up and give you something other than a sketch.  This time around Anita has chosen a COLOR challenge for us!

You can use any combo of the colors above...use them all or just a couple!  Don't forget...to be entered to win the prize, you must use an ABS image!  Don't have any yet?  What are you waiting for?  Join us at our ABS Group on PCP to get your exclusive freebie!  :O)

I used Bree on my layout along with 3 of the 4 colors above.  Can you see the image?  It's very subtle.  I used just her head as she's got that huge cheesy grin just like I did in the photos I scrapped.  I saw something similar the other and loved it, so I thought I'd give it a try myself!  Don't forget that digital images are wonderful ways to dress up your layouts as well!  :O)

Be sure to head over to to the ABS Challenge blog to check out the details for the challenge, upload your entry and see what the rest of the team have made to inspire you!  Thanks for coming by today!

12 Days of Christmas Betty Style - Day 6

Good morning, all you little Christmas elves!  How are your Christmas plans and shopping marathons going?  We are slowly but surely getting there.  I have a bit of the bahumbugs this year.  :O(

On to something a bit more upbeat and fun...we have arrived at Day 6 on our journey through the 12 Days of Christmas at Simply Betty Challenges!   Betty has come up with a great challenge for us all this time...

The Children all snug in their beds, while visions of Steampunks danced in their heads!

So, you know what's next, right? Create your most Merry Steampunk project!

I have used Annie from our Steampunk Gang line for my card.   I am super excited about this card as I tried a new technique.  I printed her out on kraft card stock and colored her with my Prismacolor pencils.  How cool is that?  I am quite tickled!  I have another image all colored up using this technique too...a snowman even!  I'll share that in a little while.  I even picked up some Tim Holtz Sprocket Gears for this card!  I used the latest and greatest sketch from Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge too.  :O)  What do you think?

Check out the rest of the fabulousness on the Simply Betty Challenges...the girls have really outdone themselves!  While you're there get all the deets for this challenge and see what prize is up for grabs too!

An Unscripted 12 Days of Christmas Betty Style - Day 5!

Good morning everyone and welcome to the weekend!!!  It's Saturday again...crafty time for me!  WOOHOO!  This also means another round of sketches at Unscripted Sketches!  This time I have joined it up with my 12 days post for Simply Betty Challenges!

What's the challenge for Day #5 of the 12 Days of Christmas?  It's simply this...

Jingle Spells, Jingle Spells...it's a Witches Christmas day!

You got it!  Deck your favorite SBS Witch for the Holidays! Woot, woot!  We just know you are gonna ROCK this!

I used Betty Witch for my card.  I added all sorts of fun holiday themed items into the cauldron along with some snowflake sparkle and magic dust!  There's everything from gingerbread men cookies to candy canes to reindeer in the mix...all expertly combined to make the best Christmas ever!  :O)  I used Copics, DP by Echo Park (found  HERE @ SBS), TH distress ink in fired brick, Sakura stardust pens, EK Success edge punch, nesties, card stock from stash, pop dots, sketch at Unscripted Sketches.

Come on over and join in the fun!  Check out the SBC blog to see what witchy goodness the other girls have and check out the US blog to see what sort of sketchy goodness can be found over there!  Have a great day!

12 Days of Christmas Betty Style - Day 4

Good morning everyone!  I trust you're all doing well!  I'm so sorry I haven't been by your blogs to leave some love...I had some Christmasy things I HAD to get done yesterday, which left me away from my pc all day!  Yikes!  I usually put my tree up Thanksgiving night and just did it yesterday!  What a slacker!  Well, we're all decorated up now...even the gargoyle has his Santa hat on!  :O)

We're now on to Day 4 of the 12 Days of Christmas at Simply Betty Challenges!  Have you all been playing along?  We have some awesome twists for your Christmas cards and even more awesome prizes, so come on over and play along with us!  Today's challenge?

Sugar and Spice and everything Scary!

Create a project with Scary Christmas elements! You all know how much Betty loves her skulls and bats and spiders....use some scary elements on your cards! Again, they can be cute, gothic, scary, creepy...your choice, just tell us why you chose them!

I have used Gigi from the Punky Teens Halloween line along with some super yummy DP that Betty sent me from the store.  It's called Everybody Loves Christmas from Echo Park.  Didn't know we had paper?  Get yourself over to the SBS Store and go shopping, people!  I used the sketch over at Papertake Weekly for my inspiration.  :O)

Be sure to check out what the amazingly talented girls on the DT did to scare up their Christmas projects too!  See everything over on the SBC blog!
