Good morning everyone! Happy Monday to you! I hope you had a great weekend.
Yesterday I saw so many challenges I wanted to play along with, so I busted out my Rio Trimming the Tree digi from Simply Betty Stamps. Part of her has been paper pieced and the rest was colored with Copics. I made the circle/snowflake paper to make sure I had all the colors on my card that I needed. Her skirt and bandana are paper pieced in the plaid paper. I also used nesties, Tim Holtz distress ink in Dried Marigold, Martha Stewart snowflake punch, rhinestone from Michael's, glitter glass from e-Bay seller, pop dots. I really wish I could learn how to get a good picture of that glitter glass...it is SO sparkly IRL!

Ribbon, Sparkle & Dimension...OH MY!
Hello everyone! Happy Monday to you all! Once again it's rainy, cold and dreary here in Kansas City. Tomorrow is my son's THIRTEENTH birthday!!! Woot! I cannot believe how the time has flown. He's such a good boy and really always has been...let's hope the next 13 years will be the same!
On to the action! The current challenge for Wild Flower Wednesday at The Wild Flower Patch is RIBBON, SPARKLE & DIMENSION. I made this up for the challenge last night. I used a freebie image I got from WFP's PCP group...Jen shared it for Mother's Day...it came in this version, just the flowers (no bowl), "Happy Mother's Day" sentiment and a sweet little Mother's Day quote. I definitely got the dimension down with the 2 layers on the flowers and the butterfly. I used one of the sketches over at Caardvarks's too. What say you?
CHALLENGES:
Wild Flower Wednesday - ribbon, sparkles, dimension
Caardvark's - sketch
Papertake Weekly - shiny, sparkly & special
ABC Challenge - unused stash
Your Next Stamp - cut it out and pop it up
Meljen's - flowers & blooms
Practical Scrappers - punches

Cards, Including my 1st Bella!
Hi all! I have been busy card making. I made my 1st couple of Bella cards and I love them! I got to play with my COPIC markers too. Woohoo! Here are the sassy Bella's...

This is a card made using a paper piecing of a little birdie. I thought it was "tweet". ;o)

That's it for now, ladies. Huggers!
I made 2 cards that I entered into Caardvark's Challenge. I hate the blue one, but I really like the pink and brown one. :o)
