Last Sneak Peek Before Release Tomorrow!!!

Hi all.  I have more projects coming tomorrow, but I wanted to hop on and tease you one more time before the release tomorrow!  Sassy Studio Designs' next release is called Alice is SassyLand and you are going to LOVE it!!!  :O)

Here I have 2 images that I combined to make my card.  I used the Un-Birthday Cake and Sassy Mad Hatter to make this one.  :O)  How FUN is this?

Flutter By Wednesday 94

Hi everyone!  It's Wednesday and that means another Flutter By Wednesday for you!  Unfortunately, I didn't get my card made.  I had planned on making it this morning, but ended up in the Ememrgency Room with my son.  We just got home and he is feeling better now...he'll have to be home the rest of the week.  This is the first day he's missed in 2 years.  :O(

Sassy Studio Designs Release & Bingo Game...

I have a sneak peek of one of the new images...Un-Birthday Cake.  Doesn't it make you want to sing?  "A very merry un-birthday to you...to me?"  *grin*  I am using this as my entry into the Pink Elephant Challenge that SSD is sponsoring this week...to use pink, polka dots and a bow.

Doodle Dragon Studios Challenge #2 - Sketch

Hi people!  So sorry to be posting this a day late, but we had technical difficulties yesterday on the DDS Challenge Blog and I didn't want to post here until it was live on the challenge blog!  So here is Doodle Dragon Studios Challenge #2!  It's a sketch challenge...made by me!  :O)  I did a CAS sketch for you this time and I hope you love it!  We had an amazing turn out on challenge #1...over 60 players!  How awesome is that???  We would love to see YOU this time!  Just use any DDS image and this sketch to join in!  Dustin is always handing out freebies, just check his blog HERE!

I used one of the upcoming releases (Thursday, January 28th)...Lil Devil Monkey.  Isn't he the sweetest...errr, naughtiest?  :O)  I thought he would be perfect to let my hubby know that I'm "hot 4 him"!

Sneaky Peek at SSD's New Release!

Good morning!  I wanted to come and show you all how fantabulous Sassy Studio Designs' new release (on February 1st) is going to be!  You are going to LOVE it!

I used our new Sassy Alice image for this card.  Don't you love how she's shorter than the mushrooms?  I thought it was all too appropriate for this image!  I am also entering this into Hope Stamps Eternal's Cupcake Inspiration Challenge.  I took my inspiration from the colors.  What do you think?  Any Wonderland lovers out there?  :O)

Dare to be Sassy Thursday...Color Challenge

Hi all my crafty friends!  Are we ready for Friday yet?  LOL!  It's almost here and that means....time for another Dare to be Sassy Thursday at Sassy Studio Designs!  This week's challenge is to use pink and brown with any SSD digital image.  I love this color combo!

I did a little something different this time.  I used a Halloween image for a Valentine's Day card.  I was inspired by one of our customers who used SSD's Bewitched image for a Valentine's card.  I used Mojo Monday Sketch #122.

Thanks so much for chasing the butterflies last week!  Please e-mail me your address and I will get your candy out to you! 

 

This week's challenge is to use any type of embossing on your card along with a butterfly, fairy or angel!  Add a direct link in Mr. Linky on the FBW post so we can see what you created!  :O)  I stamped baby butterflies on the green part of the paper and embossed them...The label nestie is also embossed, but you can't see it very well in the photo.  The paper is all one sheet folded up {like I used to do in middle / high school} to create the 2 pockets.

I have some fun samples for you using our very latest release, Sassy Valentine!  (Today is release day too!)  First up I have Sexy Sandy...I just love pink and brown together!

Next I have Teddy Bear Love...I love that this image can be used for so many things!  My first card is a Z fold and I entered it into the Embellish color challenge...Red, pink and black.

This next one will be entered into Simon Says Stamp's challenge...Shabby Chic.  I distressed all the edges (and made a huge mess too!) for my shabby chic look.  :O)  Also entered into Hope Stamps Eternal Cupcake Inspiration Challenge #41.  I took my inspiration from the colors...I managed to leave out the green altogether, but that's ok, right?  I used Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge #56 too!  :O)

My last sample for you today is an image called Bubble Bath.  When I see this image I think of the old Calgon commercial..."Calgon, Take me away!"  :O)  This is also for the Simon Says Stamp challenge of shabby chic.  I am very happy about the way the flower came out.  Isn't this cute?  We all need one of these to hang on the bathroom door!!!

Dare to Be Sassy Thursday...Oriental Valentine

Good morning, friends and Happy Thursday!  Welcome to Sassy Studio Designs Dare to be Sassy Thursday.  This week's challenge is to use chipboard (along with any SSD image) on your project any way you see fit!  That's easy, right?  Yes!  So I want to see you all participate this week!  You can win TWO SSD images of your choice! 

I used Princess of the Orient and based my card on Kazan's Sketch #43 at 2 Sketches 4 You.  The flower or scalloped edge behind the Kanji symbol is my chipboard.  What say you?  I'd love to know what you think of it!

Here is a card I made with one of the new digi stamps.  It started out to be a pink and brown card until I started coloring it.  Then I though why do I have to make him/her brown...it's a sweet lil fairy bear, right?  And my purple bear was born!  :O)  I'd love to hear your comments!
